Currently, SimpleChat accounts are single-user:
- One email per account
- One login per account
- All features accessible to account owner
If you must share access:
- Share login credentials securely
- Use password manager
- Change password if team member leaves
- Enable 2FA for protection
For live support with teams:
- Set up Telegram integration
- Add team members to Telegram group
- Anyone in group can respond to users
- Messages routed through single bot
- Email invitations for team members
- Granular permission settings
- Activity logging per user
- Separate credentials per member
- Role-based dashboard views
Team features will be:
- Included in Enterprise plans
- Available as add-on for Premium
- May require plan upgrade
