Single Account Usage

Currently, SimpleChat accounts are single-user:

  • One email per account
  • One login per account
  • All features accessible to account owner
Sharing Access (Not Recommended)

If you must share access:

  • Share login credentials securely
  • Use password manager
  • Change password if team member leaves
  • Enable 2FA for protection
Telegram for Team Support

For live support with teams:

  1. Set up Telegram integration
  2. Add team members to Telegram group
  3. Anyone in group can respond to users
  4. Messages routed through single bot
