Quick Reply Buttons

Quick replies help visitors navigate common questions without typing. They improve user experience and reduce response time.
Quick reply buttons are clickable options that:
- Appear below messages
- Send pre-defined text when clicked
- Guide conversation flow
- Reduce friction for visitors
Show after the initial greeting:
- Go to Bot Studio → Messages
- Find Quick Replies section
- Add up to 4 buttons
- Set display text and action
Appear during chat:
- After bot responses
- Based on context
- For common follow-ups
- Keep it short (2-4 words)
- Use action words
- Be clear about outcome
Examples:
- "Track Order"
- "Pricing Info"
- "Talk to Human"
- "View Products"
What happens when clicked:
- Send Message: Sends predefined text
- Open URL: Opens external link
- Trigger Flow: Starts specific conversation
- Maximum 4 buttons per set
- Too many options overwhelm users
- Most important options first
Good: "Get Pricing"
Vague: "More Info"
