Conversations Overview

The Conversations page provides a complete view of all customer interactions with your chat widget.

Accessing Conversations
  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Select a bot from the sidebar
  3. Click Conversations in the menu
Conversation ListUser Cards

Each conversation shows:

  • User name (or Anonymous)
  • Email (if provided)
  • Last message preview
  • Timestamp
  • Message count
  • Online/Offline status
Sorting Options
  • Most Recent - Latest activity first
  • Oldest - Earliest conversations first
  • Most Messages - Most active first
Filtering

Filter by:

  • Date range
  • User status (online/offline)
  • Has email / No email
Viewing ConversationsConversation Detail

Click a user to see:

  • Full message history
  • User information panel
  • Timestamps for each message
  • Message sender (user/bot/agent)
Message Types
  • User messages - From the customer
  • Bot messages - AI responses (Premium)
  • Agent messages - Your team's replies
User Information Panel

Shows collected data:

  • Name
  • Email
  • First seen date
  • Total conversations
  • Browser/device info
Real-Time Updates

Conversations update in real-time:

  • New messages appear instantly
  • Online status changes live
  • No refresh needed

  • Single conversation (text/PDF)
  • All conversations (CSV)

Managing ConversationsDelete Conversation
  1. Open conversation
  2. Click Delete button
  3. Confirm deletion

Warning: Deleted conversations cannot be recovered.

Mark as Read

Conversations are automatically marked as read when viewed.
