SimpleChat offers multiple payment options to make billing convenient for you.

- Click Add Payment Method
- Select Credit/Debit Card
- Enter card details:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- CVV/CVC
- Billing address
- Click Save Card
- PCI DSS compliant
- Encrypted transmission
- Card stored securely
- 3D Secure supported
- Go to Profile > Billing
- Click Payment Methods
- Click Edit on existing card
- Update details
- Save changes
- Go to Profile > Billing
- Click Payment Methods
- Click Remove on the card
- Confirm removal
Note: You must have at least one payment method for active subscriptions.

During Bot Creation:
- Select Premium plan
- Choose "Pay with Crypto"
- Select cryptocurrency
- Complete payment on NOWPayments
For Existing Subscription:
- Go to Profile > Billing
- Click Change Payment Method
- Select "Cryptocurrency"
- Complete payment
- Cards: Lemon Squeezy
- Crypto: NOWPayments
- Cards: Instant
- Crypto: 1-6 confirmations (varies by coin)
If a payment fails:
- We notify you by email
- Retry automatically for 3 days
- Update payment method if needed
- Service suspended after 3 days
- Go to Profile > Billing
- Click Payment Methods
- Click Set as Default on preferred method
- Used for subscription renewals
- Used for upgrades
- Can be changed anytime
