Payment Methods

SimpleChat offers multiple payment options to make billing convenient for you.

Credit/Debit Card PaymentsSupported Cards

Adding a Card
  1. Go to Profile > Billing
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Select Credit/Debit Card
  4. Enter card details:
    • Card number
    • Expiry date
    • CVV/CVC
    • Billing address
  5. Click Save Card
Card Security
  • PCI DSS compliant
  • Encrypted transmission
  • Card stored securely
  • 3D Secure supported
Updating Card
  1. Go to Profile > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Click Edit on existing card
  4. Update details
  5. Save changes
Removing Card
  1. Go to Profile > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Click Remove on the card
  4. Confirm removal

Note: You must have at least one payment method for active subscriptions.

  1. Select crypto at checkout
  2. Choose your currency
  3. Scan QR code or copy address
  4. Send exact amount
  5. Wait for confirmation

Crypto Payment Process

During Bot Creation:

  1. Select Premium plan
  2. Choose "Pay with Crypto"
  3. Select cryptocurrency
  4. Complete payment on NOWPayments

For Existing Subscription:

  1. Go to Profile > Billing
  2. Click Change Payment Method
  3. Select "Cryptocurrency"
  4. Complete payment

Processing Time
  • Cards: Instant
  • Crypto: 1-6 confirmations (varies by coin)
Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We notify you by email
  2. Retry automatically for 3 days
  3. Update payment method if needed
  4. Service suspended after 3 days
Managing Default PaymentSet Default Method
  1. Go to Profile > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Click Set as Default on preferred method
