User ProfilesUser Information

Each user profile shows:

  • Name - Provided during chat or anonymous
  • Email - If collected
  • First Contact - When they first messaged
  • Last Active - Most recent activity
  • Total Messages - Message count
  • Device Info - Browser and OS
Anonymous vs Identified Users

Anonymous Users:

  • No name/email provided
  • Identified by unique ID
  • Can become identified later

Identified Users:

  • Name and/or email known
  • Better for follow-up
  • Persistent across sessions

For GDPR compliance:

  1. Open user profile
  2. Click Delete User
  3. Confirm deletion

What's deleted:
