- Last Active - Most recent activity
- Total Messages - Message count
- Device Info - Browser and OS
Anonymous Users:
- No name/email provided
- Identified by unique ID
- Can become identified later
Identified Users:
- Name and/or email known
- Better for follow-up
- Persistent across sessions
View all past conversations:
- Chronological message list

Export a user's information:
- Open user profile
- Click Export Data
- Choose format (JSON/CSV)
- Download file
