Quick Start Guide

Welcome to SimpleChat! This guide will help you get your chat widget live on your website in under 60 seconds.

Step 1: Create Your Account
  1. Go to app.simplechat.bot
  2. Click Sign Up and enter your email
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete your profile setup
Step 2: Create Your First Bot
  1. From the dashboard, click Create New Bot
  2. Choose your bot type:
    • BASIC: Human support via Telegram ($9.99/month)
    • PREMIUM: AI + Human support ($29.99/month)
  3. Give your bot a name (e.g., "Support Bot")
  4. Click Create
Step 3: Customize Your Widget
  1. Go to Bot Studio in the sidebar
  2. Customize:
    • Colors: Match your brand
    • Welcome Message: First impression matters
    • Position: Bottom-right or bottom-left
  3. Click Save Changes
Step 4: Install the Widget
  1. Go to Widget Code section
  2. Copy the embed code
  3. Paste it before the </body> tag on your website:

Step 5: Connect Telegram (BASIC Plan)
  1. Go to Integrations → Telegram
  2. Click Connect Telegram Group
  3. Add our bot to your Telegram group
  4. Send the verification code

That's it! Your chat widget is now live and all messages will flow to your Telegram group.
