Access and manage your billing history, download invoices, and track all payment transactions.

Accessing Billing HistoryFrom Dashboard
  1. Click your profile icon (top right)
  2. Select Profile
  3. Navigate to Billing tab
  4. Click Billing History
What You'll See
  • List of all transactions
  • Payment dates
  • Amounts charged
  • Payment status
  • Invoice links
Understanding InvoicesInvoice Components

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice Number - Unique identifier
  • Date - When issued
  • Billing Period - Service dates
  • Plan Name - Your subscription
  • Amount - Total charged
  • Payment Method - How you paid
  • Status - Paid/Pending/Failed
Invoice Statuses
  • Paid - Successfully processed
  • Pending - Awaiting processing
  • Failed - Payment unsuccessful
  • Refunded - Money returned
Downloading InvoicesIndividual Invoice
  1. Go to Billing History
  2. Find the invoice
  3. Click Download or PDF icon
  4. Save to your device
Bulk Download
  1. Select multiple invoices (checkbox)
  2. Click Download Selected
  3. Get ZIP file with all PDFs
Payment HistoryTransaction Types
  • Subscription - Monthly/annual charges
  • Upgrade - Plan upgrade payments
  • Credit - Refunds or adjustments
  • Bot Purchase - Additional bot fees
Transaction Details

Click any transaction to see:

  • Full payment breakdown
  • Payment method used
  • Processing details
  • Reference numbers
Invoice for BusinessAdding Business Details
  1. Go to Profile > Billing
  2. Click Business Information
  3. Add:
    • Company name
    • Tax ID/VAT number
    • Billing address
  4. Save changes
Tax Information
  • Invoices include applicable taxes
  • VAT shown separately (EU)
  • Tax IDs validated automatically
  • Reverse charge applied where applicable
Filtering & SearchFilter Options
  • Date range - Specific periods
  • Status - Paid/Pending/Failed
  • Amount - Price ranges
  • Type - Subscription/Credit/etc.
Search

Find specific invoices by:

  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Amount
Common QuestionsWhere's My Invoice?
  • Check spam folder for email
  • Download from dashboard
  • Contact support if missing
Need a Correction?

For invoice corrections:

  1. Email support@simplechat.bot
  2. Include invoice number
  3. Specify what needs correction
  4. Receive corrected invoice
Tax Exemption

If tax-exempt:

  1. Provide exemption certificate
  2. Email to billing@simplechat.bot
  3. Future invoices adjusted
