Invoices & History

Access and manage your billing history, download invoices, and track all payment transactions.
- Click your profile icon (top right)
- Select Profile
- Navigate to Billing tab
- Click Billing History
- List of all transactions
- Payment dates
- Amounts charged
- Payment status
- Invoice links
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice Number - Unique identifier
- Date - When issued
- Billing Period - Service dates
- Plan Name - Your subscription
- Amount - Total charged
- Payment Method - How you paid
- Status - Paid/Pending/Failed
- Paid - Successfully processed
- Pending - Awaiting processing
- Failed - Payment unsuccessful
- Refunded - Money returned
- Go to Billing History
- Find the invoice
- Click Download or PDF icon
- Save to your device
- Select multiple invoices (checkbox)
- Click Download Selected
- Get ZIP file with all PDFs
- Subscription - Monthly/annual charges
- Upgrade - Plan upgrade payments
- Credit - Refunds or adjustments
- Bot Purchase - Additional bot fees
Click any transaction to see:
- Full payment breakdown
- Payment method used
- Processing details
- Reference numbers
- Go to Profile > Billing
- Click Business Information
- Add:
- Company name
- Tax ID/VAT number
- Billing address
- Save changes
- Invoices include applicable taxes
- VAT shown separately (EU)
- Tax IDs validated automatically
- Reverse charge applied where applicable
- Date range - Specific periods
- Status - Paid/Pending/Failed
- Amount - Price ranges
- Type - Subscription/Credit/etc.
Find specific invoices by:
- Invoice number
- Date
- Amount
- Check spam folder for email
- Download from dashboard
- Contact support if missing
For invoice corrections:
- Email support@simplechat.bot
- Include invoice number
- Specify what needs correction
- Receive corrected invoice
If tax-exempt:
- Provide exemption certificate
- Email to billing@simplechat.bot
- Future invoices adjusted
- Download monthly invoices
- Organize by date/year
- Keep for tax records
- Reconcile with bank statements
- Share billing access if needed
- Set up email forwarding for invoices
- Maintain organized records
