Creating Your Account

Getting started with SimpleChat is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account and start helping your customers.

Registration Options

SimpleChat offers two ways to create an account:

Option 1: Email Registration
  1. Go to app.simplechat.bot/register
  2. Enter your details:
    • Full Name - Your name or company name
    • Email Address - A valid email for verification
    • Password - At least 6 characters
    • Company Name - Your business name
    • Subdomain - Choose a unique subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.simplechat.bot)
  3. Click Create Account
  4. Check your email for the verification link
  5. Click the link to verify your email
Option 2: Google Sign-In
  1. Go to app.simplechat.bot/register
  2. Click Sign up with Google
  3. Select your Google account
  4. Complete your profile by choosing a subdomain
Choosing Your Subdomain

Your subdomain is important because:

  • It's your unique identifier on SimpleChat
  • It appears in your dashboard URL
  • You can't change it after registration

Tips for choosing a subdomain:

  • Use your company name (e.g., acme, techcorp)
  • Keep it short and memorable
  • Use only letters, numbers, and hyphens
  • Avoid special characters
Email Verification

After registration, you'll receive a verification email:

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
  2. Click the Verify Email button
  3. You'll be redirected to the login page

Note: The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, you can request a new one from the login page.

Logging In

Once verified, log in at app.simplechat.bot/login:

  1. Enter your email and password
  2. Click Sign In
  3. You'll be taken to your dashboard
Forgot Password?

If you forget your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for the reset link
  4. Create a new password

Now that you have an account, you're ready to:

  1. Create your first bot - Set up your chat widget
  2. Customize your widget - Match it to your brand
  3. Connect Telegram - Enable live support
